Online check-in is now closed!
You will still be able to purchase your boarding pass at the gate.

General Rules

  • You have to be at least 18 years old to participate to all events.
  • Violence or threat of violence, verbal or physical harassment, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, racist comments or any kind of boundary crossing behavior will not be tolerated during the ECMC Brussels.
  • Don't be an asshole! Respect and tolerance are the words.
  • Organizers reserve the right to disqualify ANYBODY from any event INCLUDING PARTIES without the possibility of appeal or refund.
  • Helmet is mandatory for all cycling events; NO HELMET = NO RACE.

What's included in the registration package

Registration gives you access to all events, races & parties. Official merchandising and goodies from our partners will complete the package.
Some food and drinks will be also be included in the pack, we’re still negotiating this, trying our best to provide you with as much free food/drinks as we can. Of course, a huge dose of fun is included in every registration pack.
